Job summary

BlueSprig, a leading provider of ABA therapy, seeks a Behavior Technician (BT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Gilbert, AZ. This full-time role offers on-site work with flexible hours, hands-on mentorship, and rapid professional growth within a supportive team.

Starting pay is $22–$24 per hour for billable hours, with $16 per hour for non-billable training time. Active RBT certification at hire earns a $200 bonus; comprehensive benefits and paid training are included.

Responsibilities

Pay, Benefits & Perks

• Competitive pay:
• $22.00–$24.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience
• Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 18.0 for each billable client hour worked
• 16.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time
• Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200-bonus on their first paycheck

• Monday–Friday between 9:00AM-3:00PM or 9:00AM-5:00PM
• Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling
• Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs
