Job summary

BlueSprig seeks compassionate individuals to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism in center-based or home-based settings. You will teach communication, social and self-help skills, and work one-on-one or in small groups to track progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups; collect and record data on progress.
• Provide updates on treatment goals and progress in writing and verbally.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members; participate in trainings.

Pay, Benefits & Perks

• Competitive pay:
• $23.00–$24.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience
• Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive $20.00 for each billable client hour worked
• $17.50/hour paid for all non‑billable training and administrative time
• Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200 bonus on their first paycheck
• Fully paid training — no experience required
• Company‑paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

RBT Career Path Program

• A structured career ladder allows you to grow clinically and professionally.
• Progress through RBT Level 1-4 and Lead RBT with pay increases at each level.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full‑Time
• Schedule:
• Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling
• Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs
• Hours are not guaranteed
• Start Date: Immediate openings available pending successful completion of onboarding and background check

What You’ll Do
