Job summary

BlueSprig seeks Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA therapy in home or center settings, training provided. You will teach communication and social skills to children with autism, and work one-on-one or in small groups with clients.

You will collect data, report progress, collaborate with families and supervisors, and participate in ongoing trainings. This role offers growth, mentorship, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.

Pay, Benefits & Perks

• Competitive pay:

• $22.00–$23.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience

• 19.00 for each billable client hour worked

• 18.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time

• Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200-bonus on their first paycheck

• Fully paid training — no experiencerequired

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time

• Schedule:

• Monday–Friday between 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM
• This role is primarily based in‑home, however, employees will need to commute to the center in Long Beach during training.

• Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling

• Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs

• Hours are not guaranteed

• Start Date:

• Immediate openings available pending successful completion of onboarding and background check
