Job summary

BlueSprig is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians (BT) / Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy to children with autism. You’ll work in center-based and home-based settings, building skills and tracking progress with guidance from on-site supervision.

We provide paid training, mentorship, and real opportunities for professional growth in a supportive team environment across 140+ centers nationwide.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Valid transportation to client sites and scheduling.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move frequently.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based and home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients and record data.
• Provide updates on treatment goals and progress to families and supervisors.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members; participate in trainings.

Pay, Benefits & Perks

• Competitive pay:

• $24.00–$26.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience

• Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 13.00 for each billable client hour worked

• 13.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time

• Candidateswith an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a$200-bonuson their first paycheck

• Fully paid training — no experiencerequired

• Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

• Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling

• Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs

WhatYou’llDo
