BlueSprig in Northglenn, Colorado is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT) for a full-time position involving Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in various settings. You will work closely with children with autism, facilitating skill development and ensuring a positive experience for both clients and families.

Pay, Benefits & Perks

• Competitive pay
• $23.50–$25.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience
• Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive $21.00 for each billable client hour worked
• 20.00/hour paid for all non‑billable during training and administrative time as a BT and 15.50 for all non‑billable during training and administrative time as an RBT.
• Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200‑bonus on their first paycheck

• A structured career ladder allows you to grow clinically and professionally.
• Progress through RBT Level 1‑4 and Lead RBT with pay increases at each level.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full‑Time
• Schedule: Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, hours vary based on client needs and scheduling, optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs, hours are not guaranteed.
• Start Date: Immediate openings available pending successful completion of onboarding and background check.

What You’ll Do

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center‑based and/or home‑based settings
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self‑help skills to children with autism
• Work one‑on‑one or in small group settings with clients
• Collect and record data to track client progress
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards

What We’re Looking For
