Job summary

BlueSprig is seeking compassionate individuals to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism, in center-based and home-based settings. Training is provided, with pathways for BT to RBT certification.

The role offers flexible scheduling, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive team. Responsibilities include data collection, progress reporting, and collaboration with families and supervisors.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching and getting on/off the floor frequently
• Passion for helping children and families
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism
• Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients
• Collect and record data to track client progress
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards

Pay, Benefits & Perks

• Competitive pay:

• $19.00–$21.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience

• Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 18.0 for each billable client hour worked

• 14.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time

• Candidateswith an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a$200-bonuson their first paycheck

• Fully paid training — no experiencerequired

• Dedicated On‑Site BCBA Support – Work alongside an on‑site BCBA who provides real‑time clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to help you succeed in your role and grow professionally.

RBT Career Path Program

• A structuredcareer ladder allows you to grow clinically and professionally.

• Progress through RBT Level 1-4and Lead RBT with pay increases at each level

Position Details

• Position Type: Part‑Time with opportunity to grow hours

• Schedule:

• Monday–Friday between 12‑5:30PM

• Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling

• Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs
