Pay, Benefits & Perks
- Competitive pay: $19.00–$21.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience
- 18.00 for each billable client hour worked once you have completed BT training but prior to completing RBT Certification
- 14.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time
- Active RBT certification at hire: $200 bonus on first paycheck
- Fully paid training – no experience required

- Structured career ladder allows you to grow clinically and professionally.
- Progress through RBT Level 1‑4 and Lead RBT with pay increases at each level.
Position Details
- Position Type: Full‑Time
- Schedule: Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling.
- Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs.
- Hours are not guaranteed.
- Start Date: Immediate openings available pending successful completion of onboarding and background check.

What You’ll Do
- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
- Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self‑help skills to children with autism.
- Work one‑on‑one or in small group settings with clients.
- Collect and record data to track client progress.
- Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
- Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
- Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development.
- Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.
- Passion for helping children and families.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
