Job summary

BlueSprig is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians, delivering ABA therapy to children with autism in center-based and in-home settings.

We provide fully paid training with no prior experience required, ongoing mentorship, and a clear career ladder from BT to RBT with pay increases. Competitive benefits apply for full-time staff.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in center-based and home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.

• $22.50-$23.50/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience
• Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 19.0 for each billable client hour worked
• 17.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time
• Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200-bonus on their first paycheck
• Fully paid training — no experience required
