Job summary

BlueSprig is hiring Behavior Technicians to provide ABA therapy in center-based and home-based settings. You’ll teach communication, social, and self-help skills to children with autism, working one-on-one or in small groups and collecting data on progress.

Starting as BT or RBT, with comprehensive paid training, on-site BCBA support, and clear opportunities for progression through RBT levels. Scheduling is designed to maximize hours with mentorship and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing and floor activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.

Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Pay, Benefits & Perks

• Competitive pay:

• $20.00–$22.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience

• Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 15.00 for each billable client hour worked

• 14.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time

• Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200-bonus on their first paycheck

• Fully paid training — no experience required

RBT Career Path Program

• A structured career ladder allows you to grow clinically and professionally.

• Progress through RBT Level 1-4 and Lead RBT with pay increases at each level

• Monday–Friday between 12:30 PM – 5:00 PM

• Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling

• Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs
