Job summary

BlueSprig is seeking compassionate individuals to join our ABA therapy team helping children with autism. Training is provided whether you are BT or RBT certified, with mentorship and ongoing development across centers.

You will work in center-based or home-based settings, providing ABA services, collecting data, and collaborating with families and supervisors to support progress and goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.
• Passion for helping children and families.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings.
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism.
• Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients.
• Collect and record data to track client progress.
• Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress.
• Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members.
• Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development.
• Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards.

Pay, Benefits & Perks

• Competitive pay:

• $24.00-$26.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience

• Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 13.00 for each billable client hour worked

• 13.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time

• Candidateswith an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a$200-bonuson their first paycheck

• Fully paid training - no experiencerequired

• Monday - Friday between 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM

• Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling

• Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs
