Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in North Carolina is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings. You will help children with autism build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.

As part of the role, you’ll provide direct ABA therapy, collect data on treatment goals, collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans, and share progress updates with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.
