Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is looking for a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You’ll help kids develop communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship from a supervising BCBA.

This role offers flexible full-time or part-time shifts, after-school hours and weekends, plus ongoing training and supervision, with the goal of empowering families and supporting positive progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology/education a plus.
• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.
