Heartlinks ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in home settings. You will help develop communication, social, and independence skills under supervision.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT), you’ll work directly with children with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes. You’ll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.
