Job summary

Heartlinks ABA in Raleigh, NC is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings for children with autism. You will help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.

You will collect data, collaborate with a BCBA to implement behavior plans, and support families by sharing strategies and progress updates. Flexible scheduling with competitive pay and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Must have active RBT certification.
• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology or related field is a plus.
• Reliable transportation to travel to home-based sessions.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends is preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.
