Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in homes. You will collect progress data and work under a BCBA supervisor to implement individualized behavior plans.

The role offers flexible full-time or part-time hours, with training and mentorship ongoing. A passion for helping families is essential, and reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field a plus.
• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.

About the Role

As a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT), you’ll work directly with children with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in homes. You’ll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands‑on training and mentorship.
