Heartlinks ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work with children with autism, providing 1:1 ABA therapy in homes. You’ll help kids build communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on training and mentorship.

Under a supervising BCBA, you will collect data on treatment goals, implement behavior plans, and share progress with families. This role offers flexible full-time or part-time schedules in Raleigh, NC with competitive pay and benefits for eligible

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology or education is a plus.
• Active RBT certification.
