Job summary

Heartlinks ABA is seeking a Behavioral Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings for children with autism. You will collect data, help implement behavior plans, and work under the supervision of a BCBA.

Flexible schedules support full-time or part-time roles, with after-school hours and weekends preferred. Training and mentorship are provided to develop skills in communication, social, and independence goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology, education, or related field is a plus.
• Active RBT certification required.
• Reliable transportation is essential.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.
