Job summary

Heartlinks ABA seeks a dedicated Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to work 1:1 with children at home, delivering ABA therapy under supervision. You will help develop communication, social, and independence skills while receiving hands-on mentorship.

Responsibilities include direct therapy, data collection, and collaborating with the BCBA to implement plans. The role supports families with actionable strategies and progress updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college coursework in psychology/related field a plus.
• Active RBT certification.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for after-school hours and/or weekends preferred.
• Passion for helping children and families.
