United Care ABA is seeking Youth Aides, DSPs, Teaching Assistants, BTs, and RBTs to support children with autism and their families. The role focuses on deliveringBehavior Technician services in a collaborative environment, with mentorship from experienced clinicians and a clear path for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in any setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliability and attention to detail.

• RBT certification preferred or willingness to complete the certification process.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA-based support to children and families.
• Assist with implementation of behavior support plans under supervision.
• Collect and record data on targets and progress.
• Collaborate with BCBA/BCaBA supervisors and team for effective service delivery.
