Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete the certification process.
• Experience working with children, particularly in educational, behavioral, or developmental settings (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow treatment plans and collect accurate data.
• Support clients in learning and behavior improvement.
• Collaborate with BCBA supervisors and team to ensure client progress.
