United Care ABA in New York is seeking Youth Aides, DSPs, paraprofessionals, and others who love working with kids to join as Behavior Technicians (BTs) and RBTs. Whether you're already in ABA or just starting, you’ll join a mission-driven team where growth and well-being are prioritized and you’ll receive mentorship from experienced BCBAs.

We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay of $20-$23 per hour based on experience, bonuses and advancement opportunities, a supportive work environment

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in any setting is valuable.
• Passion for helping kids grow, learn, and thrive.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliability and attention to detail.
• Openness to training and continuous learning.
• RBT certification (preferred) or willingness to complete the certification.
