Qualifications

• Experience working with children in any setting, schools, after-school programs, camps, daycare, or youth services.
• A passion for helping kids grow, learn, and thrive.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—you connect easily and take initiative.
• Reliability and attention to detail—you follow through and take pride in doing things right.
• Openness to training, feedback, and continuous learning.
• RBT certification (preferred), or the willingness to complete the certification process (we'll help you!)
