United Care ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism and their families. The role offers flexible scheduling and a supportive, collaborative team focused on kid growth and well‑being.

You’ll join a mission‑driven environment with mentorship, clear communication, and opportunities to advance toward lead RBT, trainer, or BCBA pathways. NYC and surrounding areas include Poughkeepsie, Yonkers, Westchester, Albany, and more.

• Experience working with children in any setting—schools, camps, daycare or youth services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; you connect easily and take initiative.
