Job summary

SenseSational Learning Group in Hastings, MI seeks a part-time Behavior Technician/BT-RBT to provide 1:1 play-based ABA for neurodivergent children. You will follow BCBA plans, track progress with data, and build strong relationships with families in homes, preschools, parks, and libraries.

Applicants should have a 40-hour RBT certificate, experience with young children, reliable transportation, and be able to lift 50 lbs.

Your Day

• 1:1 play-based ABA in homes, preschools, parks, and libraries
• Follow BCBA-designed plans and track progress through session data
• Build trusting relationships with little ones and their caregivers
