Job summary

SenseSational Learning Group in Muskegon, MI seeks a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 play-based ABA for neurodivergent children in homes, preschools, parks, and libraries. You will follow BCBA-designed plans and log progress with session data.

This role offers paid training, coverage of RBT exam and application fees, mileage reimbursement, BCBA mentorship, and growth opportunities within the company. Part-time or full-time hours available, mornings and evenings.

Qualifications

• 40-hour RBT training certificate required.
• Experience with young children (daycare, preschool, nanny, or early ed) preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license assumed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 play-based ABA sessions in homes, preschools, parks, and libraries.
• Follow BCBA-designed plans and track progress with session data.

Pay: $20-$23 per hour (depending on experience)

We're hiring RBTs and Behavior Technicians with a 40-hour RBT training certificate to deliver play-based early intervention for neurodivergent children. We're a BCBA-owned, neurodiversity-affirming ABA practice. No table drills. All play, all heart.

Your Day

• 1:1 play-based ABA in homes, preschools, parks, and libraries
• Follow BCBA-designed plans and track progress through session data
• Build trusting relationships with little ones and their caregivers
