Get paid to play, and change a child's future!
Bubbles at the park. Block towers. Silly songs. The moment a little one says a brand-new word, and you get to cheer! We're hiring RBTs and Behavior Technicians with a 40-hour RBT training certificate to deliver play-based early intervention for neurodivergent children. We're a BCBA-owned, neurodiversity-affirming ABA practice. No table drills. All play, all heart.
Paid training. We cover your RBT exam and application fees. Mileage reimbursement. Real BCBA mentorship. A small team where your voice matters. We promote from within and support RBTs on the path to BCBA. Your supervision can lead toward BCaBA/BCBA roles.
Interviews include a short role-play and reference check.
We welcome neurodivergent applicants and people of all backgrounds. Applicants must be 18+ to meet regulatory, background check, and BACB eligibility requirements.
