SenseSational Learning Group in Hastings, MI is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) for in-person, part-time after-school hours. You will conduct 1:1 play-based ABA following BCBA plans, track progress with session data, and build strong relationships with children and families in homes, preschools, parks, and libraries.

The role requires a 40-hour RBT training certificate (or completion before start) and experience with young children.

Qualifications

• Have your 40-hour RBT training done (or will finish before you start).
• Have experience with young children (daycare, preschool, nanny, early ed), reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and can lift 50 lbs.

Pay: $20-$23 per hour (depending on experience)

We're a BCBA-owned, neurodiversity-affirming ABA practice. No table drills. All play, all heart.

Your day:
