Job summary

SenseSational Learning Group in Lansing, MI is seeking an Early Childhood Behavior Technician (RBT) to support neurodivergent kids through play-based ABA in homes and community settings. 1:1 support, data collection, and collaboration with a BCBA team are core.

This role offers part-time or full-time hours, in-person work, and pay of $20–$23 per hour depending on experience. Training is provided; the company covers RBT exam and fees, with mileage reimbursement and supervision toward

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to homes and community sites.
• Complete 40-hour RBT training (or willing to complete before start date).
• Experience working with children.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay physically active with kids.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to children using play-based ABA techniques.
• Work in homes and community settings (parks, libraries, schools).
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by our BCBA team.
• Collect data and communicate progress with families and supervisors.
• Build genuine relationships with kids and families.
