Job summary

SenseSational Learning Group is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT/RBT) for Battle Creek, Michigan. This in-person role offers part-time or full-time hours, mornings and evenings, with pay $20-$23 per hour depending on experience.

We deliver play-based early intervention for neurodivergent children and require a 40-hour RBT training certificate to follow BCBA-designed plans. Responsibilities include 1:1 ABA sessions in homes, preschools, parks, and libraries; tracking progress through session data;

Qualifications

• Must have a 40-hour RBT training certificate.
• Experience with young children (daycare, preschool, nanny) preferred.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and participate in floor activities.
• Must be 18+ to meet regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Your Day
