Job summary

SenseSational Learning Group in Battle Creek, Michigan is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1, play-based ABA therapy in homes and community settings. You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and communicate progress with families and supervisors while building genuine relationships with children.

Requirements include 40-hour RBT training, reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and 18+ years old.

Pay: $20-$23 per hour (depending on experience)

Who We Are:

We're a small, BCBA-owned ABA practice focused on play-based, naturalistic therapy for neurodivergent kids. No table drills—just meaningful skill-building through play in homes, schools, and communities. We're growing intentionally, and we need playful, patient, and observant people to join our team.

What You'll Do:

• Provide 1:1 support to children using play-based ABA techniques
• Work in homes and community settings (parks, libraries, schools)
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by our BCBA team
• Collect data and communicate progress with families and supervisors
• Build genuine relationships with kids and families

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation to get to homes and community sites on time
• 40-hour RBT training completed (or willingness to complete before start date)
• Previous experience working with children
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and be physically active with kids
