Job summary

SenseSational Learning Group is hiring Behavior Technicians (BT/RBT) for in-person roles in Charlotte, MI and Eaton Rapids. You will work 1:1 on play-based ABA with neurodivergent children, following BCBA-designed plans and recording progress during sessions.

We offer paid training, support for RBT exam/fees, mileage reimbursement, and BCBA mentorship as you develop a long-term career within the company.

Qualifications

• Must have 40-hour RBT training or will finish before start.
• Experience working with young children (daycare, preschool, nanny, or early education).
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and engage on the floor during play.

Location: In-Person - Charlotte | Eaton Rapids, MI

Pay: $20-$23 per hour (depending on experience)

We're hiring RBTs and Behavior Technicians with a 40-hour RBT training certificate to deliver play-based early intervention for neurodivergent children. We're a BCBA-owned, neurodiversity-affirming ABA practice. No table drills. All play, all heart.

Your day:

• 1:1 play-based ABA in homes, preschools, parks, and libraries

• Follow BCBA-designed plans and track progress through session data

• Build trusting relationships with little ones and their caregivers
