Job summary

BrightBridge ABA in Wilson, NC is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. You’ll work one-on-one with clients, implementing ABA plans created by our BCBA team and supporting each client’s goals.

This role suits learners who are patient and dedicated to delivering high‑quality care in home, school, or community settings. A high school diploma is required; RBT certification is preferred or obtainable within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related degree is a plus.
• Reliable and compassionate with strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and collect data.
• Physically able to work with young children and travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings as directed by BCBA.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with fidelity and supervision.
• Accurately record data to track client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team in supervision meetings and training.
