Job summary

BrightBridge ABA in Kernersville, North Carolina seeks compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team and deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children and families.

You will work one-on-one with clients in various settings under BCBA supervision, implementing individualized plans with fidelity and accuracy, while collecting data and reporting progress to the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable, compassionate candidate with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow detailed treatment plans and collect data accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy in home, school, or community settings as directed by BCBA and RBT guidelines.
• Implement individualized treatment plans with consistency and fidelity under supervision.
• Record data accurately to track client progress and behavior changes.
• Collaborate with BCBA and team members; participate in supervision meetings and training.
• Build rapport with clients and families to ensure a positive therapy experience.
• Adhere to company policies and ethical guidelines.
