Prosperity Path in North Carolina seeks a Behavior Technician to deliver direct ABA services under supervision. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and support skill development in ASD/IDD populations in home, school, community, and clinical settings.
The role emphasizes collaboration with LBA, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams, adherence to NC DHHS and TJC standards, data accuracy, privacy compliance, and crisis prevention.
The Behavior Technician (BT) provides direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services and behavioral interventions under the supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or other qualified clinical supervisor. The BT works directly with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (IDD), and co-occurring behavioral health conditions, supporting the implementation of individualized treatment plans to improve functional, behavioral, social, and communication skills. All services are delivered in accordance with North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (NC DHHS) service definitions and The Joint Commission (TJC) accreditation standards.
