Perfect Pair ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one ABA therapy in Pelham, NC. The BT will implement individualized protocols, collect data, and document progress across various environments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with BCBAs, caregivers, and staff to foster growth, engagement, and skill acquisition in clients receiving therapy. Flexible full-time/part-time hours available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid within 30 days.
• Ability and willingness to support basic needs of clients.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients across diverse environments, using protocols developed by a BCBA.
• Collect data during sessions and document progress notes.
• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a learning culture.
• Create an engaging therapeutic environment to encourage growth and skill acquisition.
