About the Role

As an RBT, you will work collaboratively with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to design and implement individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementing behavioral interventions and strategies in 1:1 settings with clients
• Collecting and recording data on client behavior
• Assisting in the development and implementation of behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans
