Job summary

Alongside ABA in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to help children thrive through one-on-one ABA therapy. Under supervision, you’ll follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and support skill development in communication, social interaction, and daily living.

Pay is $22-$27 per hour, with paid training, 401(k) match, paid drive time, growth opportunities and flexible scheduling (both full-time and part-time options).

Under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and help build skills in communication, social interaction, and daily living.

Pay:$22-$27 / hour

Training Schedule:

• Training requires 8 consecutive business days of availability: Monday - Friday, followed by Monday-Wednesday of the next week.
• You may choose one of the following training schedules:
  • 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM, with the final Wednesday from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with the final Wednesday from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
