Job summary

Alongside ABA in Chula Vista, CA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to help children thrive through ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and assist in building communication, social, and daily living skills. Pay is hourly and flexible scheduling is offered with full-time and part-time options. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in pediatric behavioral health is a plus.
• Ability to work one-on-one with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and data collection protocols.

As a Behavior Technician, you'll deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and related developmental differences. Under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and help build skills in communication, social interaction, and daily living.

Training Schedule:

• Training requires 8 consecutive business days of availability: Monday - Friday, followed by Monday-Wednesday of the next week.
• You may choose one of the following training schedules:
  • 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM, with the final Wednesday from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with the final Wednesday from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
