Job summary

Alongside ABA in Perris, CA is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) / RBT to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children under BCBA supervision, following individualized treatment plans and documenting progress.

You will help build communication, social and daily living skills, participate in training, and enjoy paid training, 401K match, and flexible scheduling with part- and full-time options.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ABA therapy or related pediatric support.
• Ability to follow individualized treatment plans.
• Comfort collecting and recording data.

As a Behavior Technician, you'll deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and related developmental differences. Under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and help build skills in communication, social interaction, and daily living.

Pay: $20-$26/hour

Training Schedule

• Training requires 8 consecutive business days of availability: Monday - Friday, followed by Monday-Wednesday of the next week.
• You may choose one of the following training schedules:
  • 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM, with the final Wednesday from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
  • 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM, with the final Wednesday from 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
