Job summary

Alongside ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Temecula, CA to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under a BCBA. You will implement individualized plans, collect data, and help children build communication, social, and daily living skills.

Compensation is $22–$27 per hour with a $500 sign-on bonus for certified RBTs. Schedule typically runs Monday–Friday after-school hours.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Ability to follow individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

As a Behavior Technician, you'll deliver one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and related developmental differences. Under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and help build skills in communication, social interaction, and daily living.

Pay: $22 - $27 / hour ($500 sign on bonus for certified RBTs)

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification is Required. This position is intended for certified Registered Behavior Technicians who are ready to make an immediate impact.

Schedule: Client sessions occur Monday - Friday between 3pm and 6pm

Training Schedule:

• Training requires 8 consecutive business days of availability: Monday - Friday, followed by Monday-Wednesday of the next week.
• You may choose one of the following training schedules:
  • 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM, with the final Wednesday from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
  • 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM, with the final Wednesday from 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
