Positive Behavior Steps is hiring a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 in-home or clinic-based support for children and adolescents. The role includes learning evidence-based strategies, applying play-based activities to teach communication and life skills, and following BCBA-designed behavior plans.

Schedule: Afternoon Shift | Monday–Friday (Flexible Hours)

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be able to travel within a 15–20 mile radius

(ABA or RBT experience is a plus, but not required!)

Schedule Requirements

• Afternoon availability (after school hours)
• At least 4 days per week
• Occasional weekend availability may be requested

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 18 years old.
• Pass a criminal background check and TB test and drug screening.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation if providing in-home services.
