Job summary

Positive Behavior Steps is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide 1:1 in-home or clinic-based support for children, using play-based methods and following BCBA-designed plans. You will track progress and document sessions while receiving hands-on training to become an RBT and access growth opportunities.

Afternoon shifts with at least 4 days per week are available; travel within a 15–20 mile radius may be required. No ABA experience needed—training is provided.
