Job summary

RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy is hiring a Full Time Behavior Technician to join a multi-disciplinary pediatric team. You’ll work 1:1 with children with Autism, implementing ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA, with training provided. Position is at 3815 E.

Responsibilities

• Detail-Oriented: Collect, record and document data based on observable client behavior and communicate to parents and team members regarding a child’s progress.
• Personalized Treatment: Work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, in their home and in our center.
• Specialized Programs: Implement ABA programs and Behavior Intervention Plans directed and supervised by a BCBA.

Position: Behavior Technician

Location: 3815 E. Main Street, Suite B; St. Charles IL 60174

Schedule: Monday - Friday (hours vary / some evenings till 6:30pm)

Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00/hour (pending experience)

Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Full Time Behavior Technician (BT) to joinour fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary pediatric team.In this role, you’ll work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs under the direction and supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Training is provided.Come play a part in supporting our pediatric patients as they learn new skills and achieve their goals.
