Job summary

Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy seeks a full-time Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children with autism, implementing ABA programs under BCBA supervision. Training is provided and the role is based at 66 Miller Drive, North Aurora, IL.

Responsibilities include data collection, progress communication with families and team, and collaboration within a multi-disciplinary pediatric team. PTO, medical benefits, and retirement planning are offered to full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• CPR certification required.

Position: Behavior Technician

Location: 66 Miller Drive North Aurora IL 60542

Schedule: Monday - Friday (hours vary / 2-3 evenings till 7pm)

Compensation: $19.00-$22.00/hour (pending experience)

Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Full Time Behavior Technician (BT) to join our fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary pediatric team. In this role, you’ll work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs under the direction and supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Training is provided. Come play a part in supporting our pediatric patients as they learn new skills and achieve their goals.
