Job summary

A pediatric therapy center in Chicago is seeking a Behavior Technician to join their collaborative team. The role involves working 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism, implementing ABA programs under the supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst. Candidates must hold a high school diploma/GED, CPR certification, and ideally a bachelor’s degree as a Registered Behavior Technician. Position: Behavior Technician

Location: Chicago, IL

Schedule: Full Time (Hours Vary/2-3 evening per week)

Compensation: $20.00-$22.00 (pending experience)

Rush Kids is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to join our fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary pediatric team. In this role, you’ll work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs under the direction and supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Training is provided. Come play a part in supporting our pediatric patients as they learn new skills and achieve their goals.

Minimum Qualifications
