Job summary

Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Full Time Behavior Technician to join a pediatric team. You will work 1:1 with children who have Autism, implementing ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA. Training is provided. Benefits include PTO, health plans, and 401(k) matching.

The position is based at 3815 E. Main Street, St. Charles IL 60174 with a Monday–Friday schedule; some evenings may apply. Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, record and document data based on observable client behavior and communicate progress to parents and team.
• Work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, in their home and in our center.
• Implement ABA programs and Behavior Intervention Plans directed and supervised by a BCBA.

Position: Behavior Technician

Schedule: Monday - Friday (hours vary / some evenings till 6:30pm)

Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00/hour (pending experience)

Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Full Time Behavior Technician (BT) to join our fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary pediatric team. In this role, you’ll work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs under the direction and supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Training is provided. Come play a part in supporting our pediatric patients as they learn new skills and achieve their goals.
