Job summary

Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy is hiring a Full Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children with autism in homes and our centers in St. Charles area. You will implement ABA programs under BCBA supervision and provide 1:1 support to each child, collecting data and communicating progress to families.

Role requires RBT and CPR certifications; travel may be required. Competitive hourly compensation and benefits for full-time staff are offered.

Location: 3815 E. Main Street, Suite B; St. Charles IL 60174

Schedule: Monday - Friday (hours vary/2-3 evenings till 6:45pm)

Compensation:$19.00-$22.00/hour (pending experience)

Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy is looking to hire a Full Time registered behavior technician (RBT) to join our pediatric team in LOCATION. In this role, you will work under the supervisor of a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA)/case manager and provide 1:1 support to children with an autism diagnosis.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with an autism diagnosis in their homes and our centers
• Implement ABA programs and behavior intervention plans directed and supervised by a BCBA
• Collect, record and document data based on observable patient behavior and communicate their progress to parents and team members
• Some travel may be required
