Job summary

RUSH Physical Therapy in Naperville, IL is seeking a Behavior Technician to join our pediatric team. This part-time role involves 1:1 work with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing ABA programs under the direction and supervision of a BCBA. Training is provided.

You’ll help children learn new skills and achieve their goals. Schedule is evenings: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing ABA programs under BCBA supervision.
• Ability to collect, record and communicate data on a child’s progress.
• 1:1 work with pediatric clients with autism.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Schedule: Part-time, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings

Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00, hourly, based on years of experience

RUSH Physical Therapy is seeking a Behavior Technician (BT) to join our fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary pediatric team. In this role, you’ll work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs under the direction and supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Training is provided. Come play a part in supporting our pediatric patients as they learn new skills and achieve their goals.
