Job summary

Rush Kids Pediatric Therapy seeks a Full-Time Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children who have Autism, implementing ABA programs under the direction of a BCBA. Training is provided and you’ll join a collaborative pediatric team.

Position is based at 1585 N Milwaukee Ave, Libertyville, IL 60048 with evenings and a Monday–Friday schedule. Must have CPR certification and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of pediatric or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism.
• Implement ABA programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Record and communicate data and progress to parents and team.
• Training is provided.

Position: Behavior Technician

Schedule: Monday - Friday (4 evenings till 6pm per week)

Compensation:$19.00 - $21.00/hour (pending experience)

Rush Kids Pediatric is seeking a Full Time Behavior Technician (BT) to join our fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary pediatric team. In this role, you’ll work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs under the direction and supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Training is provided. Come play a part in supporting our pediatric patients as they learn new skills and achieve their goals.
