Job summary

RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Full Time Behavior Technician to join our pediatric team in Libertyville, IL. You will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism, implementing ABA programs under the direction of a BCBA.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• CPR certification required.
• 1 Year of OP Experience

• Detail-Oriented: Collect, record and document data based on observable client behavior and communicate to parents and team members regarding a child’s progress
• Personalized Treatment: Work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, in their home and in our center
• Specialized Programs: Implement ABA programs and Behavior Intervention Plans directed and supervised by a BCBA

Schedule: Monday - Friday (4 evenings till 6pm per week)

Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00/hour (pending experience)

Rush Kids Pediatric is seeking a Full Time Behavior Technician (BT) to joinour fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary pediatric team.In this role, you’ll work 1:1 with children who have an Autism diagnosis, implementing applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs under the direction and supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA). Training is provided.Come play a part in supporting our pediatric patients as they learn new skills and achieve their goals.
